Our debut location is nestled in the heart of the city at DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City, a testament to the city’s vibrant food scene and its quality local dishes. Our all day bar and restaurant concept is inspired by the rich heritage of European scratch bakeries. At dō deli, pronounced “dough”, we honor the much-loved element central to our culinary ethos. We offer an all-day bakery, deli, and dining experience designed to serve both hotel guests and the local community. Launched at DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City in August 2024, dō deli offers a comprehensive dining and drinks experience from morning to night. Our menu, which promotes sustainability and local purchasing, features locally sourced artisan baked goods, including dough crafted from Wildfarmed wheat, a sustainable alternative to industrially farmed wheat. We offer everything from all-day dining and coffee stops, to after-work small plates, pizzas, burgers, beers and signature cocktails, all freshly prepared with the finest ingredients
